Happy Hour: A Mental Health Bookclub for Women

Sarah started this Mental Health Bookclub for women in 2022 in order to create a safe virtual space for women to come together in sisterhood to build community as lifelong learners while supporting our mental health and wellness.

Throughout 2022, Sarah offered this as a free asynchronous bookclub, in which she assigned a new book at the start of each month within the Women's Wellness Circle facebook group, and then she debriefed the book at the end of each month through a facebook live "Happy Hour." You can watch all 12 2022 bookclub lives on her Youtube Channel.

In 2023, Sarah transformed our asynchronous bookclub into a quarterly virtual membership, in which she assigns one book per quarter (every 3 months) and members can join her live via zoom at the end of each quarter to discuss takeaways from the book.

While this bookclub was a hit, Sarah is not currently running her Mental Health Bookclub. In these videos, Sarah summarizes and trains on the main concepts and takeaways of these books so you can decide which books you actually want to read, saving you time and teaching you essential tools for your health and wellness.
