Find Your Circle

Women’s Wellness Circle

A sacred online community for connection, healing, and radical self-love.

Rooted in my passion for creating safe, sacred spaces, this circle invites women to deepen their relationship with themselves and others while stepping into a more grounded, empowered, and embodied way of living.

Founded in 2021 in response to the growing need for accessible mental health support, this community offers simple, practical tools for more intentional, emotionally balanced living.

Inside the free private Facebook group, you’ll connect with like-minded women who are prioritizing their well-being while learning nervous system regulation practices through my Mālama Method.

You’ll also gain access to a library of trainings, resources, and our monthly Mental Health Book Club—designed to support your growth, connection, and consistency over time.

Girls Circles

Designed to build self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and resilience in pre-adolescent and adolescent girls.

With over 20 years of experience working with youth - as a camp counselor, educator, and school-based mental health professional - Sarah has led transformative group experiences that empower girls to develop confidence, communication skills, and a strong sense of self.

Her early experiences at an all-girls summer camp in North Carolina shaped her understanding of the power of sisterhood and safe, supportive circles. She later expanded this work as a psychosocial counselor and educator at a private school on Oahu, where she developed and facilitated social-emotional learning programs and led experiential retreats focused on leadership, connection, and personal growth.

Sarah’s Girls Circles are grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices. Through guided discussion, reflection, and experiential activities, girls learn to navigate social pressures, build resilience, find their voice, and trust their inner compass.
